06-A/Talks

  1. T-01

Robot Managers Do Things Right. What AI Agents Won’t Replace.

Agents are taking over execution. Choosing the right things and owning the number become worth more.

  2. T-02

My Engineering Team Is AI Agents: A CPO’s Operating Model.

How a product leader takes a blank project to a working product by directing agents: design interviews, decision logs and test gates. Live examples come from a physics game and a social simulation.

  3. T-03

    No P&L Number, No Transformation.

Why AI programs stall between the pilot and daily use, and how a P&L-linked KPI tree with named owners gets people off the old process and onto the new tool.

  4. T-04

Building an AI Persona That Thinks Before It Speaks.

Inner monologue, affective state, layered memory and AI-judge testing, and why honest AI disclosure belongs in the spec from day one.

  5. T-05

The One-Person Company: Running a Business with AI Staff.

What one leader with agents can really ship today, where it breaks, and the guardrails on cost, quality and model lock-in that keep it running.

  6. T-06

Sometimes the Right AI Answer Is “Not Here.”

A diagnostic for executives who are being sold AI. It is built on data first, expert second, IT third, and covers the cases where a process fix and a spreadsheet win.
